Zero Proof Elderflower G & T

I think I found the mocktail to end all mocktails! (for Gin & Tonic Lovers!) I got my hands on some zero proof Gin and I've never looked back! I had some leftover elderflower syrup in my fridge from making Hugos this summer and thought elderflower would pair nicely with gin! Let's make an N/A Elderflower Gin & Tonic! Zero Proof Elderflower G & T - 2 oz zero proof Gin Alternative (I LOVE @ritualzeroproof ) - 1/2 oz Elderflower Syrup (I used @belvoirfarm_usa) - Ice - Tonic Water - Fresh mint and orange peel In a highball glass, add your gin alternative and elderflower syrup. Using a bar spoon, give it a stir. Next add nice to the top of the glass and top off with your tonic water. I like to use diet tonic because the elderflower syrup already makes it sweet and the diet tonic water isn't as sweet. Carefully give your drink one more stir. #garnish with fresh mint and an orange peel! Best enjoyed with a good charcuterie board while waiting for Friday to get here! Happy Mocktailing!
