The Negroni HITS (as in a good thing) keep coming during Negroni Week! As a lover of all things bubbly, lets make a Negroni Spritzer which is just a Negroni with seltzer water! This is another great option for someone who finds the Negroni a bit strong.
Here is the super easy recipe!
Negroni Spritzer 🍊
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 1/2 oz Orange Seltzer (I think lemon or lime would be good too!)
- Orange peel
- Ice ball
Method:
Add all your liquid ingredients into a cocktail mixing glass. Add a handful of ice and stir with a bar spoon. Strain your mixture into a rocks glass over an ice ball! or large ice cube. #garnish with an orange peel! Best enjoyed while sipping over candle light! Enjoy ✨
Ice Mold:
Also! How did I make the ice ball you may ask!? Easy! Below is the ice mold that I used (click "ice mold" for the link to the product). Pour water in the clear part up to the line, close by putting the lid (the grey part) onto the clear portion and put into the freezer.
To take the ice out, just pour water over the grey part until the piece of ice in the tiny circle is gone. You'll be able to easily lift off the grey top and take the ice mold out.
