Halloween is a time for spooky tales, creative costumes, and, of course, hauntingly delicious cocktails. Inspired by the nostalgic 90s Halloween movie, today's cocktail creation will have you reminiscing about Casper the Friendly Ghost with every sip.

Introducing Casper's Coconut Paloma—a refreshing blend of tequila, lime, and coconut with a playful twist. This cocktail is not only a treat for the taste buds but also a visual delight, complete with candy googly eyes that bring a touch of whimsy to your glass.

Casper's Coconut Paloma

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Tequila

  • 1 oz Lime juice

  • 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur

  • 1 1/2 oz Coconut milk

  • 1/2 oz Jalapeno simple syrup

  • Splash of grapefruit soda

  • Agave for rim

  • Salt for rim

  • Candy googly eyes

  • Icing to secure the googly eyes

  • Mint for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, jalapeno simple syrup, grapefruit soda, and coconut milk. Add ice and shake well.

  2. Prepare your glass by using agave to coat the rim, then dip it into salt for a spooky salted edge.

  3. Use two small dots of icing to attach the candy googly eyes to the center of the glass, giving your drink a playful personality.

  4. Fill the glass with fresh ice and strain your shaken cocktail mixture into it.

  5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, and prepare to enjoy a drink that's sure to leave no unfinished business.
