A little backstory...

Hi there! I'm Jackie, and I am so glad you're here! I decided to start this blog during quarantine of 2020.  With human interaction sidelined, social media became a creative outlet for me - a way to connect with people not only virtually but as a way to share the simple joys in life.

With restaurants closed and a prior job as a bartender, I found myself expanding my bar cart and shaking up drinks that looked just as good as they tasted.  I would share my creations on my instagram and I had a lot of friends asking for my recipes.  I especially enjoy creating cocktails that pair with the Holiday seasons. Halloween is my favorite time of year and there is nothing I enjoy more than creating cocktails you can make at home for your next party or at home movie night. The idea behind my cocktail creations is that they are fun but  also simple.  I make all my drinks in my Brooklyn apartment with a very small kitchen and not a huge bar either.  If I can make these cocktails at home, so can you!
